We reserve the right to refuse services where safety, access, or other concerns may arise.
2. Bookings & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled clean may incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a $50 call-out fee may apply.
3. Pricing & Payments

All quotes provided are based on information you provide at the time of booking. Final price may vary if the job differs significantly upon arrival.

All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due on the day of service via bank transfer, card, or other agreed method.

Recurring service clients may be eligible for promotional discounts as advertised.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with any part of your clean, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it free of charge.
This guarantee does not apply if the property was misrepresented during booking or was unsafe for our team.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients must:

Secure pets and valuables before our team arrives

Notify us of any sensitive or fragile surfaces, belongings, or conditions

Disclose any health risks or hazardous environments (e.g., mould, infestations)
6. Damage or Breakage
Our team takes great care during each clean. In the rare event of accidental damage:

Please notify us within 24 hours of the clean

We will investigate and, if applicable, repair, replace, or compensate

We are not liable for damage caused by faulty surfaces, pre-existing damage, or items not secured or disclosed to us
