✅ 1. Satisfaction Guarantee – Reclean, Not Refund

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you're unhappy with any part of your clean, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will arrange a free re-clean of the areas of concern, subject to the following:

  • The issue must relate to tasks included in your original booking.

  • The property must be accessible for the re-clean.

  • The concern must be reported within 24 hours after the clean is completed.

👉 We do not offer cash refunds, as our policy is to rectify any service issues with a re-clean.

❌ 2. No Refunds for the Following

  • Change of mind after the service is completed

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (a $50 late cancellation fee may apply)

  • Situations where the client provided incorrect information about the property

  • Where our team is denied access to the property or conditions are unsafe

💳 3. Prepaid Services & Packages

If you have prepaid for services (e.g., promotional package or recurring discount plan), refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • A written request must be submitted to cleanandhale@gmail.com

  • Refunds will be adjusted for any completed cleans at the regular (non-discounted) rate

  • A $30 admin fee may apply
